Can I return a product?No. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, rest assured that we will promptly assist you. If necessary, kindly return the product to us, and we will initiate a refund to the same account. Alternatively, upon receiving the damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement as well.

When will receive my order?It depends on type of order. For order within India, the delivery ranges from 4 to 7 business days. from the date of order. While for international orders, the dispatch process typically spans 1-2 business days and the subsequent delivery period averages 8 to 12 business days.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery (CoD)?We do not offer this option at the moment. However, we do provide options to make upfront payments via Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, and PayPal.

Are there additional delivery charges?We provide free shipping for deliveries within India with no minimum order value. But there is delivery fee associated with orders placed outside India. The responsibility for VAT/import duties and local taxes rests directly with the customer and is to be settled during the delivery process through our courier partner. These charges are separate from the product or order price stated on the e-shop. It's important to understand that these charges vary based on the specific regulations of each country and are beyond our control.
